(Returning HS V/JV + Seniors)

 

MISSION/PHILOSOPHY

The goal of STP at Forest Lake is to promote individual skills, skating technique and game like tactics. This will be a 6 week program that will involve on ice training and 'RangerPower' weight lifting either at the rink or at the HS.

Free skate sharpening throughout the camp!

HS I: (Mon-Tu-Wed-Thurs)

• 6:30-7:30am ICE @FLSC
• 8:00-9:00am RangerPower @FLHS

On-Ice Sessions (24):

• June: 10,11,12,13,17,18,19,20,24,25,26,27
• July: 8,9,10,11,15,16,17,18,22,23,24,25
