*The MSHSL Board of Directors Executive Committee approved the extension of the expiration date of the Three-Year Physical Clearance. A student with a three-year clearance that expires at any time from March 12, 2020 through the conclusion of the 2020-2021 school year will have the clearance extended through the completion of the 2020-2021 school year. Each student must still complete the annual health history questionnaire. Any student who had not previously participated and who does not have medical clearance to participate will be required to have a physical and be cleared to participate.
**Remember a specific Sports physical is needed for many HS sports/activities. These physicals are good for 3 years, but must be valid through the entire season (through the state meet) in order to be cleared. Most kids get a sports physical before 7th and 10th grades. During the summer is the best time to get your physical so it does not interfere with any particular season. FeePay will NOT allow you to sign up if you are in need of a current physical. Please turn in your sports physical clearance sheet to the school your child will be attending before 3:00pm. They will enter your physical and clear you to sign up for your sport/activity.
Or please email the sports physical clearance sheet to the following:
7/8th graders: firstname.lastname@example.org
9-12th graders: email@example.com
