**Yes, this is a TUESDAY. Trap has a competition on Monday that we wanted to avoid.**

Forest Lake fishing education clinic #1. We'll have a few guest speakers, come ready with your fishing questions!

We'll be at the Tracker Boating Center in Forest Lake: 15219 Feller St NE, Forest Lake, MN 55025

This is also the deadline to have all registration money paid, and forms turned in. We will collect any forms left to turn in at the event.

Conference Open #2 on Forest Lake

All members of the team must have a BOAT, PARTNER, and BOAT CAPTAIN to compete in competition and in-house tournaments.

 

  • Boat:  Must meet regulations of the league you are competing in.

  • Partner:  Partner must be a FLAS student and BASS member.  Competition teams must keep the same partner for all conference tournaments.

  • Boat Captain:  The captain must be 18 years of age.  You do not have to have the same captain for all tournaments.

Forest Lake Fishing Team

The Forest Lake fishing team was started in 2019 by student angler/coach Jake Mastell.  All members will be able to compete in in-house tournaments and education clinics.  Like last year, there will be a Competition Team.  Tryouts will be held to be on the competition team.  Competition teams will fish the High School Section tournaments for Forest Lake and be able to compete to advance to the State High School competition. We have a recreation team for all anglers and a JR team for grades 7-8.
