If your dancer is interested in joining the Forest Lake Dance Team please fill out this contact form before tryouts on October 20th. Dancers in grades 7-12 enrolled in Forest Lake schools are welcome to try out! Reminder that your dancer will need an up to date sports physical on file before tryouts (sports physicals are good for 3 years).
