Fall Musical Revue

Stronger Together

This year’s fall musical production is a musical revue of songs and spoken word titled Stronger Together.  The first half of the musical revue highlights the feelings of loneliness, social isolation, and unrest that students and communities around the state have faced during this difficult year.  The second half of the revue will leave audiences with a sense of hope and the realization that love and acceptance make us Stronger Together. With a mix of classic musical theatre numbers like “No One Is Alone” (Into The Woods), “The Impossible Dream” (Man of La Mancha), and “Something’s Coming” (West Side Story), and modern musical numbers like “You Will Be Found” (Dear Evan Hansen), “Seasons of Love” (RENT), and “We’re All In This Together” (High School Musical), musical theater fans will experience the power of human connection.  Audience members looking for a more literary experience will be satisfied by an eclectic blend of classic and modern poetry, including “If” by Rudyard Kipling, “I Rise” by Maya Angelou, and “To This Day” by Shane Koyczan.

Stronger Together will be performed live at the Forest Lake High School Auditorium on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 6th & 7th at 7:00 p.m.; Sunday, Nov. 8th at 2:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, Nov. 13th & 14th at 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 15th at 2:00 p.m.  Performers and audience members will comfortably follow all social distancing guidelines suggested by the CDC and the Minnesota Department of Health.

A Live Streamed Performance will also be available starting on Friday, Nov. 6th at 6:45 p.m.  Here is a link to that performance:
